Stewards

If you are attending an event and need to make any changes, or have any questions in the couple of days leading up to it, the Steward should be your first point of contact.

Usually, from around 48 hours before the event begins and throughout the event itself, the Steward will be on hand to help with queries and practical issues.

You can contact the steward by calling 07444 750150 between 9am and 6pm. Please only call later than this in an emergency, as our stewards need a little downtime too.

Stewards are a huge part of what makes EKDA events possible. They co-ordinate our events, arrive on site first, help everyone get parked, act as the go-to for help and advice, and generally keep the meet running smoothly, making sure all the Site Rules are adhered too. Quite simply, without stewards, there would be no events.

Stewards also stay for free, and we are always looking for new people to get involved. If you are interested in stewarding, we will give you full support to have a go, including all the equipment you need, along with help and guidance from existing stewards and the committee.

We still have events this year that need stewards, so if this is something you could help with, please do reach out. They really are the backbone of what we do.
