2. Rally field speed limit is 5mph.

3. Please follow the steward’s pitching instructions.

4. It is not possible to reserve pitches although the steward will try and assist if they can. It will help if those that want to pitch together arrive at the same time.

5. Fresh water tap and chemical disposal points will be indicated by the meet steward & no part of a toilet cassette to be anywhere near the fresh water tap. Please do not allow grey waste to overflow onto hard standing areas.

6.  Dogs must be kept on a lead, and all waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Dogs are not permitted inside school buildings or on school sports pitches. Aggressive dogs must be removed from the site.

7. Rubbish must be taken away from the site unless otherwise indicated. Please litter pick your pitch before leaving.

8. All quiet after 23.00 hours on the rally field.
