Join us for EKDA's very first Oktober Fest (yes we know it’s September!) as we bring a little Bavarian fun to camping for a weekend filled with food, music, fundraising and plenty of laughter. Dust off your lederhosen, dig out your steins and enjoy some sausage and beer with us while our live Oompah band keeps the party going with a mixture of traditional tunes and other favourite songs, for all the family to enjoy.

We will be hosting a Home Brewed Beer Competition, so do bring along your homemade tipples to be in with a chance of claiming the title of EKDA's first Oktober Fest brewing champion!

Alongside the Oktober Fest activities, we’ll be holding an auction and raffle, with funds raised going towards children’s Christmas presents and entertainment for the Christmas rally and other EKDA meets.

In true Oktober Fest style we are also planning a Barrow of Booze raffle. We would be very grateful for any donations toward either the auction or the barrow of booze, so if you can contribute a prize or a bottle, we'd really appreciate your support.

There'll be adult and children’s games, plenty of fun and all the usual opportunities to spend time with friends, both old and new. And, of course, don't forget to bring your stein if you have one! As always dressing up is optional, but we are looking forward to seeing your Bavarian best. We're also hoping to light the fire pit in the evenings (subject to any Government guidance in place at the time).
