Join us for our Christmas Rally packed with plenty of festive cheer.
The weekend programme usually includes Christmas arts and crafts, mulled wine and mince pies, a pantomime, a Christmas dinner with optional Christmas dress up, dress smart or maybe Christmas jumpers. A visit from a surprise guest (Santa), maybe a few elf helpers, complete with presents for the children. Evenings will be lively and sociable, with a party band providing music to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.
Also a Christmas raffle to finish off the meet.
On Saturday, you will have the option to join us for a delicious sit-down Christmas Dinner🎄
Please note that the Christmas Dinner is paid for separately from the event booking. When completing your booking form, you will be asked to confirm whether you would like to order a Christmas Dinner. We will send out details of how to pay for your Christmas Dinner nearer the time. Payment for the Christmas Dinner will be made by bank transfer.
Christmas Dinner Prices:
£8 per person – Guests aged 13 and over
£5 per person – Children aged 12 and under
Main meal: Turkey & Gammon, or Vegetarian Cumberland Sausage, Pigs in Blankets, Roast Potatoes, Honey Parsnips, Stuffing, Carrots, Sprouts, Cauliflower Cheese, Gravy & Cranberry Sauce
Dessert: Warm Mince Pie, or Christmas Pudding served with a choice of whipped cream or custard.
There’s also plenty close by if you fancy heading out during the day or grabbing something extra. The site is within easy walking distance of shops, takeaways, and local pubs, making it simple to pick up supplies, enjoy a meal out, or have a relaxed drink.
This rally is all about celebrating the season together, whether that’s enjoying the organised entertainment, sharing meals and music, or simply soaking up the festive atmosphere with friends old and new.

Costs
£40 per unit for 2 nights (for up to 2 adult members).
Additional adult members £2 per night.
Non-camping day visitors £5 per person when entertainment is scheduled.
